🥰 When I first started my daily Reiki practice

🥰 When I first started my daily Reiki practice in 2011, when I learned in first degree training, I had no idea how important its meaning was to me. Awakened, motivated, grounded, balanced, opened, connected, and secured me in easier ways that would make the flow of life better manageable.

🙌🏼 My daily reiki self care has become not negotiable to me and is highest priority. It’s vital to my mind, body, soul wellness.

🤩 I wake up most days joyful for the day ahead and the days I don’t find a reason to, it finds me.

😉 Don’t get me wrong, by doing reiki it doesn’t mean I have a perfect life. I have my challenges equally like everyone else. My ups and downs with bumps and dips in the road just aren’t what they might have been without. It’s easier to navigate difficult circumstances to more pleasing outcomes to more things are not happening to me, more for me.

🙏🏼 I choose not dwell in what isn’t working, but to celebrate and give gratitude to what is.

🌺Gratitude, love, and forgiveness are the game changers to be fulfilled by!

😇This is why I’ve chosen to continue my self practice daily, and build my business around by offering reiki sessions and trainings to others. It is an honor to share this most beautiful energy so that you can experience what I do.
